Battery Intelligent Manufacturing Platform
The iBDP platform aims to achieve digitalization and intelligence in the formation and aging process of LIB production. It utilizes digital twin technology to create a full-scenario digital twin for real-time production process monitoring. By applying deep learning technology, it trains high-precision capacity prediction models. Through the FMS system and the Andon system, it enables traceability of the battery’s entire lifecycle data and collaborative handling of equipment events, thereby enhancing the production efficiency of automatic lines and reducing manufacturing costs.
