On April 9, 2024, in Gladstone, Queensland, Australia, LEAD Intelligent celebrated the completion of the world’s first automated electrolytic cell factory, which was customized for the globally renowned mining and renewable energy company Fortescue. This groundbreaking factory is one of the first in the world to adopt automated assembly lines, capable of producing over 2 million metric tons of PEM electrolyzers annually, greatly promoting the production of clean energy worldwide.
The factory is located at the forefront of the Australian new energy market, and its successful production not only marks an important milestone in Fortescue’s domestic hydrogen energy strategy, but also another achievement in leading the intelligent international layout.
