CCM cathode coating machine is used for CCM cathode coating of fuel cells. It adopts slot-die coating method and by adjusting the gasket realizes continuous/stripe/zebra coating. All safety sensors have a redundancy setting to ensure machine safety.

1. Oven of explosion-proof and anti-static design; special PEM support system solves poor coating caused by PEM swelling characteristics;
2. Special design of reversing valve, to reduce phenomena of the head and tail zones;
3. The gap between coating head and back roll can be adjusted by a micron-level precision regulating mechanism;
4. Coated area seldom in contact with idle roller, in order to reduce pollution risks;
5. PID intelligent temperature control system; precision tension control system, with minimum tension at 2N.
