The Mylar wrapping machine used in prismatic cell assembly line contains functions of Mylar and bottom sheet ironing, Mylar wrapping, and Mylar and lid hot sealing.

1. Multi-axis linkage for flipping and Mylar wrapping design, with Mylar edge positioning accuracy (relative to lid) at ±0.5;
2. Mylar sticks to the cell during taping to prevent tape warping or side opening hollowing;
3. Mylar and bottom sheet can be supplied without machine stop, with feeding interval of every 2 hours;
4. Multi-station turntable or linear cycling design for compact layout and multi capacity compatibility;
5. Four-axis robot to grip cell and bottom sheet together, with reduced gripping times and small displacement distance;
6. High compatibility for quick product changeover.
